About the Role

Secure a highly desirable, stable Part Time & Casual role with guaranteed weekly hours (22.8 or 30.4). Afternoon shifts (4 PM – 8 PM) are available. Specializing in supporting clients with Mental Health and Psychosocial needs, particularly across our Inner West, Eastern Suburbs, and North Shore service areas.

• Targeted Psychosocial Support: Providing meaningful, person-centred support to NDIS participants with Mental Health and Psychosocial disabilities.
• Complex Needs Management: Managing more complex needs, which may include clients with behaviours of concern, trauma, or forensic backgrounds. This involves expertly implementing behaviour support plans and consistently using de-escalation techniques.
• Diverse Settings: Working within participants’ private homes or in one of our purpose-built Vertical Villages (SIL/SDA).
• Routine and Engagement: Supporting clients with essential daily routines, including personal care, skill-building, and facilitating community access.
• Collaborative Care: Working closely and effectively with allied clinicians, case workers, and families to ensure a unified approach to client goals

About you 

We’re looking for people with a range of experience and qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months experience OR Cert III/IV in Disability, Aged Care, or other related fields is highly desirable
• Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and boundary setting
• Experience with high-intensity or complex behaviours (advantageous but not required for all roles)
• NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, Driver’s Licence and insured vehicle
