Join us as an Executive Assistant supporting our Executives and Senior Leadership Team. This is a role where you’ll drive projects, coordinate meetings, manage multiple executive priorities, and ensure our business runs smoothly. Internally, this role is titled Executive Business Partner (EBP).
About the Role
You’ll work closely with our ELT and SLT, providing high-level support across multiple executives and teams. This role goes beyond traditional EA duties – you’ll act as an Executive Business Partner by helping translate executive priorities into actions, coordinate cross-functional projects, and manage day-to-day operations.
What You’ll Do
Provide diary, email, and travel management for the Senior Executives
Prepare agendas, minutes, and track actions for ELT, SLT, and Board meetings
Support governance requirements including board reporting and compliance processes
Drive cross-functional projects from initiation to completion, ensuring milestones are met
Coordinate follow-up actions across executives and teams, monitoring progress and deadlines
Provide office management and administrative support
Support governance requirements including board reporting
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the executive office when required
Promote a positive, collaborative team environment aligned with United for Care’s values
Actively contribute to continuous improvement of internal systems and workflows
What You Bring
5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting multiple C-suite or senior executives
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate projects across functions
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication with proven stakeholder management experience
Proficiency with Google Suite, Excel, and project management tools
High level of discretion, professionalism, and ability to work independently
