About the Role

Provide personalised care and support to participants in their own homes. Help clients live independently and safely while building meaningful routines.

• Assist with grooming, toileting, cleaning, meals, and medication

• Follow personalised support and health plans

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Respect client preferences, privacy, and cultural needs

• Report concerns and changes in condition promptly

About You

• Minimum 3 months' experience or Cert III/IV in Disability, Aged Care,  or  other related fields is highly desirable

• Experience working in in-home care

• Mental health, personal, and wound care highly desirable

• Strong understanding of professional boundaries, restrictive practices, and behaviour support

• Effective written and verbal communication, including clear case note writing

• Able to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure with minimal supervision

• Strong interpersonal skills to work both autonomously and as part of a team

• NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, Driver’s Licence, and insured vehicle
