About the Role
We have multiple openings across different skill levels, shift types, and locations.
Depending on your experience and interests, you could be:
Supporting clients with personal care, community access, and daily routines
Working in participants’ homes or in our purpose-built Vertical Villages (SIL/SDA)
Managing complex needs including behaviours of concern, trauma, forensic backgrounds, and/or high clinical needs
Administering medication and following detailed health support plans
Implementing behaviour support plans and using de-escalation techniques
Providing meaningful, person-centred care to NDIS participants
Collaborating with clinicians, case workers, and families
About You
We’re looking for people with a range of experience and qualifications:
Minimum 6 months experience OR Cert III/IV in Disability, Aged Care, or other related fields is highly desirable
Experience with mental health, personal care support
Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and boundary setting
Experience with high-intensity or complex behaviours (advantageous but not required for all roles)
NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, Driver’s Licence and insured vehicle
