Join Our Casual Home & Community Care Team!

We're looking for dedicated Casual Support Workers to join our team, supporting multiple participants across the Northern Beaches and North Shore areas.

Ideally, a minimum of 3 shifts per week or more flexibility is much preferred. 

Key Locations Include:

• Mosman, Artarmon, Naraweena, Cremorne, Lane Cove and other surrounding suburbs in Northern Beaches & North Sydney

About the Role

This role is focused on delivering high-quality, personalised support to participants in their own homes and community.

• Diverse Duties: Assist with grooming, toileting, meal preparation, medication administration, and household tasks.

• Person-Centred Support: Provide companionship and emotional support, respecting client preferences and privacy.

• Adherence & Reporting: Accurately follow individual support and health plans, and promptly report any concerns or changes in participant condition.

About You

We’re looking for people with a range of experience and qualifications:

• Minimum 3-6 months experience OR Cert III/IV in Disability, Aged Care, or other related fields is highly desirable

• Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and boundary setting

• Experience with high-intensity or complex behaviours (advantageous but not required for all roles)

• NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, Driver’s Licence and insured vehicle
