Our Purpose
Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities? At United Foundation - We’re looking for dedicated Home & Community Support Workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS participants. Your role will help people achieve their goals, improve quality of life, and support both physical and mental well being.
Ideally, 6–7 hours per day across 3 shifts per week for Casual Role .

About the Role
Provide personalised care and support to participants in their own homes. Help clients live independently and safely while building meaningful routines.
Provide one-on-one psychosocial support and deliver trauma-informed, person-centred support in home and community settings
Support emotional regulation, daily living activities, and community access
Build trust and maintain professional, therapeutic boundaries
Assist the client with transport to appointments, social activities, and community programs

Implement positive behaviour support and de-escalation strategies when required
About You
Minimum 6 months' experience or Cert III/IV in Disability, Aged Care, or other related fields is highly desirable
Experience working in in-home care / community setting
Psychosocial support, personal care experience are highly desirable
Strong understanding of professional boundaries, restrictive practices, and behaviour support
Effective written and verbal communication, including clear case note writing
Able to set priorities, meet deadlines, and work under pressure with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal skills to work both autonomously and as part of a team
NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, Driver’s Licence, and insured vehicle
