About the Role
As a People & Culture Business Partner, you will work alongside our Senior P&C Business Partner and Head of People and Culture, supporting Service Delivery teams. You’ll be hands-on with leaders to manage employee relations, performance, development, and contribute to culture and engagement initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with Service Leaders and Senior Operations Managers to deliver practical people solutions.
- Manage complex ER matters, including code of conduct breaches, Fair Work processes, and union liaison.
- Support performance management, reviews, and compliance projects.
- Be present on-site regularly and maintain a strong understanding of operational challenges.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a hands-on P&C Business Partner or generalist role.
- Strong background in L&D, WH&S, or Talent Management.
- Working knowledge of Employment Hero and MS Teams is desirable.
- Experience in the NDIS/disability sector is a plus but not essential.
- Professional presentation, strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Tertiary qualification in HR, Business, or related field desirable but not required.
