As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Senior Manager, Workforce Planning to lead the next phase of our resourcing strategy.
Your Role
This is a hands-on, data-led leadership role where you'll shape how we plan and manage our workforce across a highly diverse and regulated environment.
You’ll work closely with stakeholders across Service Delivery, People & Culture, Finance, and Technology – and lead our offshore workforce planning team.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver data-driven workforce plans across multiple models
Use rostering tools to forecast, optimise, and review workforce efficiency
Provide clear insights and reporting to support better business decisions
Lead and support our offshore WFM team (Team Leaders & Admins)
Manage escalations in collaboration with P&C and our external rostering provider
Maintain our workforce planning system in Salesforce (you’ll be the in-house expert)
Work with the business on future workforce scenarios and continuous improvement
What You'll Bring
You’ll need to show strength in at least 4–5 of the following areas:
3+ years’ experience in workforce planning, analytics or resource optimisation
Strong analytical skillset – able to work with large datasets and turn insights into action
Experience managing 24/7 or complex rosters, ideally in regulated sectors
Solid commercial/financial acumen and reporting capability
Hands-on systems experience such as Salesforce
Experience leading offshore or cross-functional teams
Strong communication skills – comfortable influencing stakeholders at all levels
A bias for process improvement and scalable systems thinking
