About the Role
As an NDIS Support Coordinator, you will support participants to understand and implement their plans, build strong service connections, and work towards meaningful outcomes.
You’ll be trusted to work independently, while being backed by a capable, experienced team.
Key Responsibilities
• Support participants to understand and implement their NDIS plans
• Connect participants with appropriate services, providers and community supports
• Monitor progress and ensure supports align with participant goals
• Maintain compliance with NDIS guidelines
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
About You
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator
• Strong understanding of the NDIS framework
• Confident communicator with strong organisation skills
• Comfortable working autonomously and within a team
• Relevant qualifications preferred: Social Work, Psychology, Disability, Community Services or similar
